There are three kinds of licenses for working with Paligo:
Contributor/author and editor
Administrators in Paligo are not only responsible for the managing the structure of the document system and the the user access, they are also the primary authors and publishers of all documentation.
Contributors are content authors and editors who receive assignments in the form of publications from administrators. They can both create and edit content--though they can only create content in the context of their assigned publications. Once an assignment is completed and reviewed, the publication is ready for an administrator to publish.
Most people who work with Paligo will do so in the capacity of a Reviewer. Reviewers are, unsurprisingly, assigned already-written documents to review. Their role is to make corrections and suggestions through comments.
