Advanced file sync options: for files that have been added to the platform via a source URL (Google Sheets, Github, any other direct download URL), within the file settings there is now the option to set the method (GET or POST), headers and authentication protocols to use in fetching the file:

Versioning for queries and Insights: while not surfaced in the interface just yet, we're now preserving the revision history throughout the platform, including query and Insight modifications.

Plot.ly integration: we’ve launched an integration to Plot.ly’s Falcon SQL client, allowing you to quickly compose Plot.ly visualizations with data on data.world:
dataset.tools: a local team of students from HackReactor have build a chrome and electron app for easily adding files from website to dataset or project and allows you to easily edit data.world files without downloading. Check it out at http://dataset.tools/
