Adding members to your organization:
Invite additional administrators or members to your organization by going to the People tab on your org's data.world page.
If you know the organization username, go directly to it at https://data.world/<orgUserName>. You can also easily access the organizations you're a part of on your profile page by clicking your avatar image in the top-right corner, clicking your name, and you'll then see an Organizations section on your profile page:
Once on the Organization's page, add or manage other members by going to the People tab:
At the bottom of the member list, you can invite individuals or other organizations to join your organization. Invite either by email address or username. If they are not already a data.world member, enter their email address and select the Invite link in the dropdown to invite them to join both data.world and the organization:
Select the membership level, Member or Admin, as well as if their membership should be public or private and select 'Invite member'.
A Public member will be listed under the 'People' tab for the organization page and the organization will be listed on their profile page for any members visiting either page. A Private member will only be listed under the 'People' tab or the organization visible on their profile page for other organization members visiting either page. The visibility is set to public by default, but you can change this under the Settings tab on the organization's page.
The invitees will then receive an email as well as a notification within data.world that they will need to accept in order to be a part of the organization.
There is one additional option to allow anyone in the data.world community to request to become a member of your organization. Enable that under the Settings tab on the organization's page:
Now that you've added members to your organization, create some content or share existing datasets or Data Projects with the team!
